GENERAL QUESTIONS:

I have seen the same or similar products to Living Vogue advertised on other websites, are these Living Vogue products?


No.  There are many companies now selling cheap and inferior synthetic wicker products online.  Most companies order from pictures, these photographs are then sent around and used to manufacture and sell to customers such as you.  The problem with this is that you are never sure what you will arrive at your door. Common problems with these type of products are disproportion and size discrepancies, sometimes only just representing what you thought you were buying.  Living Vogue are different, we design our own products here in Australia and then have them manufactured overseas. Furthermore, our products are taken through a strict design process to ensure they are well engineered, comfortable and durable prior to full production.  Buying Living Vogue products, you know you are buying quality products, engineered to last.

Are your products suitable for outdoor use all year round?


Yes, our products are high quality and can withstand the harsh Australian climate.  Our 'LV' Fibre is a high quality, UV treated synthetic wicker developed over years to provide you with a proven world class fibre that looks far more natural and is stronger and more weather resistant than almost any other on the market.  Our wicker is treated and proven to withstand years without any colour loss.  It is also highly resistant to chlorine and salt.  All fabrics are only resistant to the sun and all will fade over time.  Due to this fact, Living Vogue do recommend using a furniture cover or alternatively removing the cushions to prolong their life.

Do I get a warranty with Living Vogue products?


Living Vogue have been manufacturing synthetic wicker outdoor furniture since 2007.  As such, we are one of Australia's most experienced brands.  We are so confident in our products that we offer a 3 year structural warranty on all aluminium frames and our wicker/rattan fibre.  UNBELIEVABLE!! Can I view the furniture before I buy?


Many online companies hide behind warehouse walls and do not allow you to view the products prior to purchasing.  At Living Vogue, we understand that furniture is an individual taste and that many people feel they need to view, touch and feel prior to commiting to buy.  For this reason, we have outlets showcasing our furniture so you can see and feel the quality of our furniture prior to buying (Currently only available in SA). We are currently seeking further outlets to showcase our luxurious outdoor furniture range all around the country.

If I am a customer with a large order, can I receive a discount?


Yes.  Living Vogue will endeavour to provide discounts to customers spending $5000 or more in one transaction.  If you are a company looking for large quantity orders you will receive commercial discounts.  Contact one of our friendly staff or outlets to see what discounts you can receive.

Why should I sign up to your newsletter?

How do I become a Living Vogue stockist?

DELIVERY QUESTIONS:

My postcode isn't showing me shipping rates. Does that mean you can't deliver to me?

No.  Living Vogue have a reliable team of fregiht specialists that enable us to get our furniture almost anywhere in Australia.  If your location is not found in our system, don't worry, just contact us for an accurate quotation for your location.


Does someone need to be home to accept delivery?

Yes. Living Vogue utilise in-house and third party trucks and drivers.  When we deliver your purchase, someone does need to be home to sign for the delivery upon reciept. If you miss the scheduled delivery, redelivery fees may apply.  Also, we will not deliver to your home unattended (unless previously arranged with your authorisation in writing).  We will do our best to coordinate the delivery with you to ensure that you are home when it arrives.

Is transit insurance included with the delivery fee?

Delivery prices include insurance against fire and theft of your products while in transit. We do offer additional insurance for damage in transit so please see the Delivery/Pickup tab for further information and pricing.  Please note that transit insurance only covers major damage and does not cover glass, minor indentations, scuffs or blemishes that may occur during transit.

How long will delivery take after dispatch?

Orders will generally be received approx 5-10 days after dispatch.  Some regional areas may take slightly longer.  You can track the status of your purcahses in your account or email us for an update.

Yes, it is safe.  All payment gateways are managed by third parties who use leading security software to protect you and your details.


Will I receive a tax invoice for my purchases?
